Back in 2006 White & Guard was a mere seedling of an idea, today it is now recognised as a leading and forward thinking estate agency.
This timeline shows some of the key events, people and places that have shaped the company into what it is today.
2006 – 2010
2006 First office opened
White & Guard opened its first office, formerly the village Police Station, in Bishops Waltham covering the beautiful Meon Valley.
As Directors of corporate agencies within the industry for a number of years Jason & Steve see a way an Estate Agency could be done differently and create impact.
2009 Strength to strength
The company went from strength to strength opening their next office in Hedge End, spear-headed by Director Russell Webb. By this time W&G were increasing their market share in the area, which only complimented the homes that they were now attracting and the client base that they were rapidly building.
2010 Winning awards
W&G also started to be recognised for the results that they were achieving and were successful in winning many awards.
2011 – 2015

With both its sales and lettings side of the business, run by Kerry Watson, White & Guard is a business that stands out and is ingrained within the community. White & Guard is now a business that both stands out and is an integral part of the community. The company is also now positioning itself as the area's leading Estate Agency, with a focus on quality, service and pride in all that it does.
2013 Unrivalled pride
With both its sales and lettings side of the business, run by Kerry Watson, a long-standing, experienced head of the department, the company was now considered to be a business that stood out and one that was ingrained within its community. White & Guard was now perhaps one of the most comprehensive collectives in existence locally with an unrivalled pride in what they do.
2020 - 2022
2020 Gold Masters Award
We were proud to receive recognition as one of the leading estate agents in the country, winning gold awards across the board in both the national and regional categories at The British Property Awards, EA Masters, ESTAS and Southern Enterprise Awards. This is reflective of the hard work of our teams and the results we achieve for our clients.
2021 Continued expansion
White & Guard continues to succeed in selling properties throughout every sector leading to a continued expansion and the opening of a further two offices, Bitterne & Fair Oak, run respectively by Jodie Jones and Ollie respectively, both having held senior positions at large agencies.
2022 Returning clients
Having now built a strong affiliation with our client base and with an exceptional team of individuals which enables us to see many returning clients, the business continues to grow in a way that is organic, exciting and long-lasting.

2025 New website
To coincide with its 20th anniversary, White & Guard have now launched a new website.
