What we saw throughout 2025 was in many ways reassuring in the fact that positivity within the market seemed to be at the very top of everyone’s agenda throughout the year.

In turn, this then brought an increase in buyer demand, which I would say was driven by economic factors such as inflation stabilising, with growth even outpacing inflation slightly, making mortgages more affordable. Along with this, the increase in demand and in turn the number of sales both within our residential sales and lettings departments, we have undoubtably seen a far more active market than the previous year. So with all these things  only adding more strength to the market generally, we are certainly excited as we race towards 2026, as much as we are also looking forward to building  new relationships with many of the  truly wonderful people that live within this area.
